Today in the Sunshine State, it reached 101 degrees, so I decided to make a batch of popsicles to help beat the heat!
Here is what you will need to make these delicious ice cold treats:
- strawberries
- limes
- Hawaiian Punch-Fruit Juicy Red
- popsicle mold or paper cups
- popsicle sticks
First, you have to cut up the fruit and lay it on the sides of the mold or cup. Once the molds are stocked up with fruit you begin to pour the juice into the mold. Place a popsicle stick in the center of the mold/cup (it may displace itself but you can use tape like I did to hold it in place).
Let them sit in the freezer for at least four hours or until no liquid is runny.
Use hot water on the sides of the mold to help release the popsicle neatly or just peel the paper cup away from your popsicle, and voila you have an icy cold treat at your fingertips! Hope you enjoy!
Happy Summer,
Lizzie
